Here it is:

1/2 c butter

1 dozen eggs

2 T milk

1 lb ham/bacon/sausage

1 lb Ore Ida Hash Browns

2 cups grated cheese

Salt and Pepper

Melt butter in 9x13 pan then add potatoes and stir. Beat eggs until foamy, then add salt and pepper. Pour eggs over potatoes and add meat (pre-cooked). Sprinkle cheese on top, then press down. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

RD's Wheat Bread recipe

This is a combination of Mom's wheat bread recipe, and my neighbor's, who ran a bread company for a little while. Good stuff! Especially with homemade peach or blackberry jam!

2 T. yeast
1/2 C. warm water
5 C. hot water
about 12 C. whole wheat flour
2 T. salt
2/3 C. oil
2/3 C. honey
1/2 C. potato flakes
1/2 C. gluten (This makes the bread soft, so don't leave it out!)

Mix yeast and warm water to activate. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine hot water and 7 C. of wheat flour. Mix thoroughly.

Add salt, oil, and honey. (Tip: Measure the oil first, then use the same measuring cup for the honey. The oiled cup lets the honey slip right out!) Mix thoroughly.

Add potato flakes and gluten. Mix thoroughly.

Add yeast mixture and -- you guessed it! -- mix thoroughly.

Add flour slowly (1/2 C. or 1 C. at at time) while mixing, until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. (Tip: Breadmaking is an art, not a science, so don't worry about exact amounts of flour. The important thing is the dough pulling away from the bowl. The amount of flour will vary depending on things like the weather.) Knead 5-10 minutes. Divide the dough into four pieces.

Using a rolling pin, roll each piece just enough to get air bubbles to pop out the sides of the dough. (This helps prevent air pockets or holes in your bread.) Fold rolled dough into thirds. Roll lightly again, and fold in thirds again. Repeat (total of three times). Shape dough into a loaf, and place, seam down, in a lightly-sprayed bread pan. Cover with a dry towel and let rise until bread is about an inch above the top of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Variations: Sprinkle treats on the bread each time you roll it out, and fold/roll the goodies up into the loaf. Try diced apples and/or raisins, cinnamon, sunflower / flax / pumpkin seeds, chocolate chips, grated sharp cheddar cheese & ranch dressing powder, or whatever else sounds good. (No, Dad, don't try all these things together at the same time...) My favorite treat breads are apple and/or raisin with cinnamon sugar, and the cheese bread.

Remember, whole wheat is good for you! :) Enjoy!

Disclaimer: I am NOT responsible for extra trips you make to the bathroom if your body is not used to whole wheat, and you can't resist eating an entire loaf of this yummy bread right off the bat. :)

EASY EASY Chicken Recipe

CHICKEN POTATO BAKE
Submitted by Mer

Prep Time: 5 min

Cook Time: 60 min

4 chicken pieces (1.5 lbs)

4 large potatoes cut into wedges

1/4 c Zesty Italien Dressing (liquid)

1/4 c Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
